Kelvin Monday Udoh (Esq) is an experienced realtor, CEO of Oakwood Groups; a multidimensional company that bears host to numerous companies which include: Oakwood Gardens Multinational Limited, Midsprings Parks And Concepts Ltd, Pavilion Homes & Gardens Developers Ltd, Umbrella City Developers Ltd, Kangaroo Movers Logistics Ltd.

He obtained his primary school leaving certificate from Army Children School, Bonny Camp. After which he had his secondary education at Government College, Victoria Island. He gained admission to study law at National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). He later became the class governor of his set. He later went on to complete his studies at University of Lagos (UNILAG) where he bagged his LLB. On 3rd July, 2017, he obtained a post graduate diploma in Project Management at the Chartered Institute of Project Management. He has attended several trainings and courses with the Lagos Business School and Enterprise Development Centre.

• Associate of the Chartered Institute Of Arbitrators Nigeria and UK Branch – 3rd 2018.
• On 21st 2018, he was admitted and inducted after training as a fellow of the ADR society of Nigeria as FADRS designate.
• On 16th 2017, he was inducted as a member of the Lagos Court of Arbitration.
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Certified Secretaries & Reporters.
• A member of Committee For The Defence of Human Rights (DHR).
• Executive Member of the Police Community Relations Committee (RCRC) Area J, Ajah Command.
• Executive member of the Nigerian Justice of Peace (NJP) also a JP.

• Recognition award from the congress of Nigerian Youth as “Icon Of Humanity and Societal Change in Nigeria”.
• In August 25th 2017, he emerged winner – Africa’s Best Real Estate Development Company of the year 2017. Awarded by the Developments in Africa Merit Awards by the Delta Business School.
• On the 4th of December, 2020, he similarly won as Africa’s Most Outstanding and Trusted Real Estate Services Providers, 2020.
• A leader and teacher with excellent skills in Arbitration and Mediation Practice, Barr. Kelvin is a Christian and member of the Christ apostolic church (CAC)
